Soil-to-Sip

- Sourced from old vines Chardonnay vines across the coast of California.
- Clusters were picked by hand, allowing for only the ripest, healthies berries to be used in production.
- Fermented by vineyard in stainless steel for 21 days with no malolactic fermentation. Aged in French oak for up to 9 months before blending and bottling.
- Bottled under sustainable cork.  Unfined with gentle filtration.
