How do shipping charges work?
Your shipping costs reflect the mix of products in your cart. To make it simple, your actual shipping costs are calculated and displayed to you when you check out.
Here's information on how it works.
- Orders containing wine valued at over $150 qualify for complimentary Ground Shipping.
- Orders containing wine valued at over $100 but less than $150, now include a $10 shipping discount toward Ground Shipping.
- Orders below $100* will be charged a flat fee of $25 for Ground Shipping.
Scout Circle Members: If you are a Scout Circle member with an active wine club subscription, all your ongoing (and new) Club orders will also qualify for complimentary ground shipping.
Coffee-only orders over $150 qualify for complimentary Ground Shipping.
Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska:
- Orders containing wine valued at over $150 qualify for a $15 shipping discount.
- Orders containing wine valued at over $100 but less than $150, qualify for an $10 shipping discount.
- Orders below $100 will be charged 2-Day Air shipping rates and are not eligible for shipping discounts.
Where is my order?
You can see exactly where your order is using any of these options.
- Order information link on your Order Confirmation email: Click on "View Order Details", sign in to your account and follow your Clean-Crafted™ product to its destination!
- Tracking link on your Shipment Confirmation email: Click on "Track My Order", and follow your Clean-Crafted™ product to its destination!
- Live Agent Chat: You can easily check your order status by getting in touch with a live Customer Service representative. Just have your order number and order email address handy. Fire up our Chat (click on the icon on bottom right of the screen), tell us if you're a Customer or Independent Consultant, and then just ask for your order status!
- Send in a request to our helpful Customer Care team and we will get right back to you. Please include order number, email address of the order owner, and the Ship-To zip code in order to look up the order status.

I just placed an order. What should I expect next?
To help you navigate your Scout & Cellar journey, here are a few things you should know:
- For orders that include wine, an adult 21 years of age or older must sign for the delivery.
- You will receive another email from us along your journey - “Your Scout & Cellar order has shipped”, letting you know a carrier has picked up your package, and your tracking number is live. This means you can follow your Clean-Crafted™ product from our warehouse to your door.
- Once your order ships, you can reroute or reschedule packages online. If your package was shipped via UPS, you must enable UPS My Choice®. Once enabled, click on your Dashboard. Then select your package and follow the prompts to reroute. If your package was shipped via Fedex®, click here, and follow the instructions! Please note: reroutes and reschedules via UPS may include additional fees assessed by the carrier.
- You may also receive a notification from one of our carriers at the Order Processing / Ready for Shipment stop on your journey. That notification will include a tracking number. If it shows no movement towards delivery - do not fret! Sit back, relax and wait for our "Your Scout & Cellar order has shipped" email to begin tracking your package.
- Please be aware that some items may be shipped separately.
I placed an order for Local Pickup. How do I pick it up?
We’re upgrading our Local Pickup service to give you a more seamless experience. During this transition, orders will be ready for pickup within 5-7 business days. Feel free to give us a call at 972-457-1667 to confirm your order or check on inventory.
