    Deep within the Cantabrian Mountains dwell Los Osos Pardos Cantabricos de España Norte. The brown bears of Northern Spain. For centuries. These majestic bears have been a symbol of pride, hard work and natural splendor – the same ingredients that make this wine so delicious. Bienvenido a Oso Pardo. 

    The grapes for this wine grew on dry-farmed vines planted 40-60 years ago over 3,000 feet above sea level in an 800-acre vineyard that sits just an hour west of the city of Valencia. 

    Early one September morning, the grapes were harvested by hand before being sent to winery where they were pressed and fermented in stainless steel on native yeasts. The wine then aged in stainless steel before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.
