  • the journey

We do life on our own terms. We chase the California sunshine. We pursue adventure, no matter where it takes us. We live in the authentic and we obsess over the simple things. Our wines capture this philosophy reflecting the passion and dedication we instill in every bottle. Because life is a path: You can either walk it aimlessly, or you can gallivant joyfully. Take your pick. We certainly have.

Bold and bright is just the beginning of talking about our newest Gallivant Bubbly Rosé. Intense aromas of wild strawberry and tart cherry jump out of the glass as the freshness invites you for a sip. The flavor profile goes right to strawberry with hints of orange zest and green mango. The bubbles are soft and subtle, adding to the intense fruity finish.

Grapes for this bubbly Rosé come from vines planted 30-35 years ago in Mendocino County, California. After harvest, grapes were pressed and cold-settled for 48 hours. They fermented on native and organic selected yeast in stainless-steel tanks for 14-20 days. Then, they aged in stainless-steel tanks for 3 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

    DID YOU KNOW?

Mendocino County has a long history of winemaking which dates back to the mid-1800s when the first Italian immigrants settled the green hillsides. Still today, the majority of the region’s 570 vineyards remain in the hands of family farmers, many of whom have lived for two or more generations on their land—some tracing their roots to the first settlers.

LIVE CONSCIOUSLY.
