BOOKBINDER'S APPRENTICE 1ST EDITION WHITE WINE

Every Bookbinder needs an apprentice—an eager maker-in-training who ensure the legacy of the craft lives on through generations to come.

Bookbinder’s Apprentice, the next chapter in the Bookbinder story, celebrates the journey of craftsmanship, the virtue of hard work and the idea that even life’s greatest endeavors begin with a single step forward.

For this wine, grapes were harvested from vines planted up to 25 years ago in California. After harvest, the grapes were destemmed, pressed and placed in stainless steel tanks to ferment. The wine then aged in stainless steel until bottling, unfined and lightly filtered.

    DID YOU KNOW?

Colombard is a varietal originally used to make brandy. While still used that way today, it’s also now being used in traditional winemaking. Colombard makes for fresh, approachable wines that have the acidity of Sauvignon Blanc and the texture of Chardonnay.
