The grapes for this Garnacha were hand-harvested from vines planted 12 years ago in La Mancha, Spain. After harvest, grapes were moved to stainless-steel tanks to ferment and macerate to 23 degrees centigrade. After fermentation, it was then bottled, lightly fined and filtered.
