Ticklebumps is produced utilizing the Charmat method of sparkling wine. In the stainless-steel tank, the sugars in the grape juice are gobbled up by yeasts, which turn the juice into alcohol and CO2. We capture that carbon dioxide as we bottle the wine and that's why it contains bubbles!

There is a pretty high yum factor in our new Ticklebumps Rosé. Think of the bold red fruit flavors you find in some of our California rosés and add in some silky bubbles. The subtle balance between fruit and zingy acidity is primed in this stunning sparkling wine. Made using the Prosecco method, the bubbles are a bit more intense than a typical bubbly wine and a bit softer than Champagne.
