Sourced from a single vineyard just north of Calistoga in the iconic Napa Valley, planted in 2000.

After a night harvest, grapes were fermented in stainless steel for 14 days before finishing in 100% new French oak barrels. 

The aging of the 100% Cabernet was done in a mixture of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 10 months. 
Note that this wine has incredible aging potential of over 10 years and should be decanted if opened soon.

This is a wine for the cellar that after at least 12 months of rest will start to increase in flavor for the next 10+ years.
