Grapes were sourced from 10-year-old Primitivo vines, which is a grape synonymous with Zinfandel. 

Once pressed, the wine was fermented in stainless-steel tanks at cold temperatures for 20 days. The fermentation was stopped to capture the natural sugars and create natural sweetness. 

After fermentation was stopped, the wine was aged in stainless-steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
