Produced from grapes that meet the Clean-Crafted Commitment®, picked from vines 6-27 years old. 

Harvest occurred at night and early morning to capture the natural freshness and acidity of each grape variety without additives.  

Each varietal was processed and fermented separately in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days before aging in steel for approximately 4-5 months prior to blending, adding carbonation and bottling under a sustainable sparkling wine cork
