Zinfandel vines are some of the heartiest, long-living grape vines on earth!  Some gnarly vines planted on the California coast were planted as far back as the 1850s that are still producing fruit (albeit very few berries).  Even grapes utilized for this wine range back to the early 20th century - making the fruit incredibly flavorful, concentrated and delicious.  Also very very rare!

Fruity and bold with notes of rich cherry, blueberry pie, full of flavor, soft tannins and a long finish.
