Barbera and Petite Sirah picked at night to maximize the natural fresh, vibrant aromatics of each variety. 

Each varietal fermented separately in stainless steel for 14-21 days to preserve unique characteristics of each varietal. Prior to ageing 10 months in stainless steel, Petite Sirah was added to the final wine for added depth and structure.
