Satisfaction Guaranteed – Replacement or Refund
Cancellations and returns increase the cost of getting clean-crafted wine to your doorstep and ultimately increase the price of the wines by an exponential amount. But we want you to LOVE each of your Scout & Cellar wines. So here’s our Satisfaction Guarantee details:
You may cancel an order for a 100% refund if you make such request within 48 hours of the order date and the order has not yet shipped.
If you receive a broken or leaking bottle(s), please contact the Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days from the date of the order. Scout & Cellar will: (i) ship replacement(s) of equal value to you; or (ii) provide a refund or credit of the amounts paid.
If you believe you received a defective bottle, please contact the Customer Service Department within sixty (60) days from the date of the order. Scout & Cellar will (i) ship to you equal value replacement(s); or (ii) provide a refund or credit of the amounts paid. Defective means it’s flawed or corked; not “I don’t like it.”
If you are not satisfied with a Scout & Cellar wine, you may contact the Customer Service Department within sixty (60) days from the date of order for a credit to be used at Scout & Cellar for the amount paid (less applicable shipping charges, taxes and a restocking fee).
You can cancel your Wine Club Membership at any time. Please contact Member Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-888-870-3815 to close your Member account.
