Grapes for this bubbly Rosé come from vines planted 30-35 years ago in Mendocino County, California. 

After harvest, grapes were pressed and cold-settled for 48 hours. 

They fermented on native and organic selected yeast in stainless-steel tanks for 14-20 days. 

Then, they aged in stainless-steel tanks for 3 months before bottling, unrefined and unfiltered.
