Sourced from our partners at Etnico, utilizing grapes from vines planted over 10 years ago. 

Grapes are harvested in the early morning hours to maximize the freshness and natural aromatics of the Sauvignon. 

Once pressed, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 10-15 days. 

After fermentation was stopped, the wine was aged in stainless-steel tanks for 4 months before bottling under sustainable cork.
