Grapes were sourced from multiple vineyard sites managed by our grower partner – Tagaris. They then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 7 days to extract the bold fruit flavors without heavy tannins. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was aged in stainless-steel tanks with a portion aged with American oak until ready for bottling.
