The grapes for this wine were sourced from our friends the Momtazi Family, who have been Scout & Cellar partners for years.
The grapes were hand-harvested from vines up to 23 years old.
The wine then fermented with native yeasts in stainless-steel tanks for approximately 18 days.
It then aged in French oak barrels for 14 months before bottling, unfined and unfiltered.
