- Fermented in stainless steel for 18-20 days using gentler skin contact methods to extract the delicate flavors and elegant structure of Pinot Noir, then aged up to 24 months in stainless steel to enhance its purity.
- Unfined with gentle filtration. Bottled under sustainable cork.
