Arguably the most drinkable Cab we've ever made, the 2022 vintage of Dove Hunt Dog Cabernet Sauvignon showcases rich, ripe California grapes grown in an unnaturally warm season by some of our best vineyard partners. Dove Hunt Dog wines are known for their approachable style, but this vintage of Cab is a true rarity — we may never be able to reproduce it.

Soil-to-Sip

- Sourced from two vineyards from some of our longest partner relationships - both meeting the Clean-Crafted Commitment®. Planted in 1993 and 2005.
- Each vineyard harvested at night, by hand and sorted multiple times to select only the best fruit.
- The wine was fermented and aged briefly in stainless steel to maximize the bold fruit flavors of Cabernet before bottling under sustainable cork.
