Scout & Cellar, Prose, Osea Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Winners will need to go through age verification during the signup and checkout process on the Scout & Cellar website and should our verification partners determine you are not eligible given age restrictions, the prize will be forfeited.


Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 11/10/2025 and closes on 11/12/2025 at 11:59 pm PST. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter, simply tag a different friend in each comment on the giveaway post. You can enter as many times as you like, but each comment must tag a different friend. Make sure your profile is set to public, as only entries from public profiles will be eligible.


Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Six bottles of Scout & Cellar wine 

  • OSEA Ocean Body Glow Set ($138 value)

  • $200 credit for PROSE

Please note: the wine prize does not include taxes and shipping costs.

Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Your chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on 11/13/2025 via direct message on Instagram.

Notification

If you're selected as a winner, we'll notify you via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 48 hours after the giveaway closes. If you don't respond within 48 hours, we may have to select an alternate winner.

Prize Restrictions

Due to state restrictions, Scout & Cellar cannot ship wine to residents of AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, RI, SD, UT, and dry counties in MI and KY. Winners must provide a valid shipping address within eligible states to claim their prize.

General Conditions

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Release

By participating, you release and hold harmless the sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

Privacy

Your information will only be used for the purpose of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway and prize fulfillment.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial [or other] Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
