Fruit was sourced from two vineyards up to 19 years old, both meeting Clean-Crafted Commitment® standards. 

Grapes were harvested at night and early morning to ensure maximum freshness and to capture unique varietal characteristics. 

After pressing, juice was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromas. 

Each vineyard then aged the juice separately in stainless steel before blending and carbonation. 

The wine was bottled under sustainable sparkling wine cork and cage with sterile filtration.
