- Younger vines from the Momtazi vineyard, known for their bright acidity and aromatics, were selected as perfect fruit for sparkling wine. The clusters were picked by hand with the healthiest, most vibrant berries processed for the wine.
- Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks over the course of 20 days after a quick maceration to provide the light pink color.
- The wine settled briefly before integrating carbon dioxide.
