Sourced from multiple old vine vineyards (30+ years) in the Wahluke Slope of Washington
Grapes were harvested by hand at night for optimal ripeness and phenolic maturity
Each varietal was processed and fermented separately in stainless-steel vats for 7-14 days before individual lots were aged in American oak for a minimum of 6 months before blending, further aging.
