What makes Scout & Cellar Holiday Gift Sets unique?

Our Holiday Gift Sets feature Clean-Crafted™ wines — made with grapes grown without toxic pesticides and produced with minimal intervention. These limited-edition sets are beautifully curated to offer a thoughtful, premium gifting experience.

Is there a deadline to order Holiday Gift Sets?

Gift Sets are available through December 31, but we have shipping deadlines to ensure timely delivery:

  • Thanksgiving: Order by November 17
  • Christmas: Order by December 15
  • New Year's Eve: Order by December 22
Are gift sets customizable?

Our Holiday Gift Sets come pre-curated to ensure optimal pairings and presentation. Each set is thoughtfully selected by our wine experts to showcase the best of the season.

Can I include a personal message with my gift?

Yes! Add a personalized message (up to 500 characters) during the checkout process. Your note will appear at the top of the packing slip included with the order.

Do the gift sets come in special packaging?

Yes! For an additional $10 on our 2-bottle sets, you can add a festive, eco-friendly gift box that arrives ready to give — no wrapping required. Just select "With Gift Box" at when you are selecting the gift set(s) you'd like to purchase.

Can I ship gift sets directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll handle the rest — your gift will arrive right at their doorstep.

How long will it take for my gift to arrive?

Shipping timelines vary by location and season. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery, especially during peak holiday weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Our orders typically ship and arrive in 5-7 business days.

Can I gift a wine subscription?

Absolutely! Choose from our Gift A Year option with four quarterly shipments, or Gift A Season with two shipments over six months. Start here.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes, we love helping businesses and groups share the gift of Clean-Crafted™ wine. If you have more than 5 people on your gift list, Group/Corporate gifting is a great choice. With Group gifting, you can easily select your gifts, add multiple recipients and shipping addresses. Don’t have shipping addresses? No need to worry — you can select the eGift option at checkout, enter your recipients email addresses, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if my recipient doesn't drink wine?

We've got you covered! We also offer a Coffee Gift Set and Digital Gift Cards that can be used toward any purchase — including our non-alcoholic wines, cheese sets, and coffee.

Can I schedule my order to ship on a specific date?

At this time, future ship dates are available for Group or Corporate Gifting. You can place an order on our Group & Corporate Gifting Portal. You must have a minimum of 5 recipients to submit a Group/Corporate Gifting order.

Do my member perks apply to Holiday Gift Sets?

Yes they do! However, member perks, promotions/coupons, and volume discounts do not apply toward Group/Corporate Gifting.

Does my gift recipient receive member perks with their wine subscription gift?

While the gifted subscription is a wonderful introduction to our Clean-Crafted™ wines, exclusive member perks are available once they begin their own Scout Circle® Club membership.

How long does an e-gift recipient have to accept my e-gift?

15 days, after which, the order will be refunded back to the gift giver.

I mistyped my recipient’s email address, but I already submitted the order. What do I do?

Please call Customer Care Team ASAP. As long as an order has not been accepted or processed, we can update that for you!

How do I cancel my Group or Corporate gifting order?

We’re happy to help! If your order hasn’t been processed—or accepted, in the case of e-gift orders—our Customer Care team can walk you through your options. Just reach out, and we’ll take it from there.
