Ingredients

Grapes, Tartaric Acid, Yeast, and Sulfites

Soil-to-Sip

Sourced from three separate vineyard sites dependent on grape variety with vine age up to 35 years old.
Grapes were harvested separately by variety, picked at night and sorted before pressing. The grapes went through a quick maceration to attain a light pink color before fermentation in stainless-steel for 14-21 days.
Once fermentation was completed, the wine was blended and aged just briefly in stainless-steel tanks before bottling to maximize freshness.
