- Sourced from long-standing grower partners in Mendocino County - vines meeting the Clean-Crafted Commitment® planted up to 100 years ago!
- Fruit harvested by hand, sorted for the healthiest, ripest berries and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks.
- The wine was then aged in a mixture of stainless steel and French oak barrels for up to 12 months before bottling without fining in lighter-weight glass with sustainably recycled cork
