- Barbera sourced from a single vineyard, meeting the Clean-Crafted Commitment® planted in 2015.
- Barbera vineyard picked at night to maximize the natural fresh, vibrant aromatics of the variety. Grapes were pressed and fermented in stainless steel for 14 days to limit the tannins, adding to the bright fruit flavors.
- Before aging in stainless steel for 6-8 months, small portion of Petite Sirah added to give depth, structure to final wine.
- Bottled with lighter weight glass for lower carbon footprint. Recycled, sustainable cork.
