Picked by hand by the dedicated team at Tagaris Vineyards and sorted meticulously to select only the most aromatic and pristine clusters. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve the pure, vibrant character of the fruit, with no oak influence to keep the flavors crisp and focused.
