- Pinot Noir is sourced from a cool-climate, coastal vineyard planted over 25 years ago. Syrah sourced from a single plot planted over 20 years ago.
- Each variety was picked by hand at night, to maximize the coastal influence and freshness.
- Vinified separately in stainless-steel tanks for up to 21 days.
- Pinot Noir aged in stainless steel for 9 months, with Syrah aged briefly in French oak before blending.
- Bottled under sustainable cork with sterile filtration.
