Grapes, Yeast, Malolactic Bacteria, Acacia, Yeast Extract, Sulfites, and Carbon Dioxide

Soil-to-Sip

- Chardonnay was sourced from 35 years old vines from a long-standing Clean-Crafted™ single vineyard.
- Grapes were harvested at night to ensure maximum freshness and capture Chardonnay's natural acidity.
- After pressing, the grapes underwent natural fermentation with native yeast in stainless steel for 24 days. Malolactic conversion took place spontaneously before the aging process.
- Prior to the dealcoholizing process, the wine was aged in stainless steel for 6 months and then a slight touch of carbon dioxide was added to give the wine a rounder mouthfeel.
- The wine was bottled using lighter glass under sustainable cork.
