Welcome to Scout & Cellar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of scoutandcellar.com (the “Site”), our wine, programs, and just about everything we do here. By browsing, ordering, or engaging with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Age Requirements
We love sharing wine—but only with grown-ups. If your order contains alcohol, you must be 21 or older to purchase or receive it. Yes, the delivery driver will check. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Ordering something non-alcoholic? No ID necessary. But if there’s even one bottle of wine in your box, someone 21 or older must be there to sign for it.
Managing Your Account
Creating an account is optional but recommended for a faster, more convenient checkout experience. If you choose to create one, please keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We run our site on Shopify, a trusted platform that handles checkout, payments, and security behind the scenes. When you use the Site, you're also agreeing to Shopify’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions: Scout Circle & Subscribe & Save
We offer two ways to keep the good stuff coming:

Scout Circle – our curated wine club. We pick, you sip.

Subscribe & Save – your go-to wines on repeat. You choose, we ship.
Both programs include recurring shipments and charges. You can pause, skip, cancel, or change your preferences anytime via your account or by reaching out to our Customer Experience Team. Perks may evolve over time—we’ll always give you a heads-up when they do.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in what we bottle—and we want you to love it, too. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

Damaged in transit? Let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Flawed bottle or just not your vibe? Reach out within 180 days of purchase.

Missing or incorrect items? We’ll fix it fast.

Need to cancel an order? You can, as long as it hasn’t started shipping..
Consultants: your purchases follow separate terms outlined in your Consultant Agreement.

Referral Program
Good things are meant to be shared. When you invite friends to Scout & Cellar and they place their first order, you’ll both receive rewards—details vary depending on the current promotion.
Just one important note: referrals should be genuine. Creating fake accounts or referring yourself isn’t allowed and may result in removal from the program.
Gift Cards
Always a good choice. Just a few ground rules:

Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law)

Improper use? We reserve the right to deactivate the card.

Shipping 101
Here’s what to expect:

Terms Can Change

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration, unless the claim qualifies for small claims court.
