Ingredients
Grapes, Yeast, and Sulfites
Soil-to-Sip
- Sourced from the Momtazi family’s 100% Biodynamic® estate vineyard in Oregon’s McMinnville AVA, where holistic farming and volcanic hillside soils produce fruit with depth, tension, and site-driven character.
- Grapes were hand-harvested from September 14 to October 2, then fermented with native yeast and completed natural malolactic fermentation. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak to retain purity and balance.
- Bottled in September 2016 after gentle filtration and without fining—for an honest, unmasked expression of Pinot Noir, offering layers of black cherry, raspberry, and plum with savory notes of forest floor, smoke, and spice.
