Bolstered by hint of Barbera, this is Syrah with a California vibe, showcasing layers and layers of juicy fruit, offset by a touch of spice and a perfectly meaty finish.

- Fruit sourced from vineyards up to 40 years old, all meeting the Clean-Crafted Commitment®.
- Harvested at night and early morning to capture natural acidity and maximize expression of each variety. Wine was then fermented in stainless steel vats for 21-25 days.
- Before aging in stainless steel, Barbera added to final blend to enhance freshness and aromatics.
- Bottled with lighter weight glass for lower carbon footprint. Recycled, sustainable cork.
