- Sourced from two long-standing Clean-Crafted™ grower partners, a single vineyard for each variety, planted from 20-75 years ago.
- Each variety was picked at optimal ripeness, sorted and vinified separately, with fermentation occurring only in stainless steel tanks from 15-21 days.
- Aging was completely in stainless steel to maximize the natural variety character and freshness.
- Bottled without added ingredients or filtration in lighter glass and sustainable, recycled corks.
