Sourced from only the most expressive, concentrated grapes, this Cabernet reflects the magic of Mendocino County winemaking, and the sophistication of one of the world's most popular grapes.

Soil-to-Sip

- Sourced from two premium Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards planted in 2004 & 2006, both meeting the Clean-Crafted Commitment® standard.
- Fruit was picked at night by hand, then sorted so only highest quality clusters were selected and processed.
- Each vineyard lot was fermented separately in stainless steel vats by individual vineyard for 14-21 days, allowing individual expression to remain.
- Aged in French oak for up to 12 months before blending and bottling. Bottled under sustainable cork with sterile filtration.
